Service Commitment

1. Warranty Commitment:
Luoyang Loncen Linyu Automobile Co., Ltd. warrants its pure electric vehicles for 2 years or 150,000 km (whichever occurs first) from the date of purchase (based on sales invoice date). Key components including power batteries, drive motors, motor controllers, and vehicle controllers carry a 5-year or 200,000-km warranty. Our EVs utilize certified Class II chassis, with chassis after-sales services provided by the chassis manufacturer. Modified components are guaranteed for 1 year post-delivery. During warranty periods, repairs are free (excluding wear parts and electrical components). Post-warranty issues receive paid repairs with complimentary technical support. We implement recalls per the "Defective Automotive Products Recall Regulations" for batch defects.

2. Parts Guarantee:
Our dedicated parts management team maintains a comprehensive supply system with regional distribution centers. Service stations stock essential components to meet market demands. We guarantee 12-hour emergency dispatch and integrate OEM suppliers into our service network through formal agreements. All replacement parts are genuine OEM components with standard warranties.

3. After-Sales Training:
We provide complimentary technical training for customers' management, technicians, and drivers. Our New Energy Vehicle (NEV) Training Unit develops customized programs covering:
(1) Operational Training: Vehicle management and driving best practices to ensure optimal performance.
(2) Technical Training: System principles, design concepts, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting procedures.
All programs include assessments for certification.

4. Service Scope & Response:
Authorized service stations maintain full diagnostic and repair capabilities for traditional systems, power batteries, drive systems, and control units. Within 50km service radius:

  • On-site arrival within 4 hours
  • Diagnostics via real-time code reading and data monitoring
  • Repair timelines:
    • Minor repairs: ≤2 hours
    • Medium repairs: ≤12 hours
    • Major repairs: ≤24 hours
    • Overhauls: ≤72 hours

5. Issue Resolution:
Contact nearest authorized station using the Service Manual directory. NEV Monitoring Platform enables:

  • 24/7 vehicle status tracking (400-618-3366 hotline)
  • 2-hour response to operational alerts
  • Mandatory incident reporting to authorities with improvement plans

6. NEV Archives:
Per LLC-XP-002 "Vehicle Archive Management":

  • Lifetime maintenance records until decommissioning
  • Post-delivery follow-up within 3 days
  • Quarterly service satisfaction surveys
  • Post-repair feedback within 3 working days

7. Recalls & Claims:
"Sanbao Service Manual" defines:

  • Maintenance requirements and claim procedures
  • Recall implementation per national regulations
  • Centralized defect tracking system
  • Contingency protocols for safety/environmental incidents
